Types of Therapy Available

Individual Therapy

Individuals have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a confidential and supportive environment. Teen Therapy

A confidential and supportive space where adolescents can explore their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and express themselves freely. During the sessions, teens have the opportunity to discuss various issues they may be grappling with, such as stress, anxiety, depression, school pressures, family dynamics, peer relationships, self-esteem, and other life challenges. These sessions allow teens to actively participate in their own healing and growth process, while therapist provides a non-judgmental and empathetic presence, offering guidance, support, and validation as the teen works through their issues and builds resilience.

Couple's Therapy

During these sessions, the couple has the opportunity to address relationship issues, improve communication, and strengthen their bond. The therapist facilitates constructive conversations, helps the couple understand each other’s perspectives, and offers strategies for resolving conflicts and building intimacy. The focus of each session is typically on the dynamics of the relationship and finding solutions that work for both partners.
