FAQ’s
How confidential are our sessions?
Because of the nature of our virtual/telephonic sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure a confidential space. More information is provided in the consent packet.
Are appointments in person or virtual?
Appointments are virtual. If or when necessary, sessions can be made via telephone.
How much will services cost?
Individual Therapy
$100 / 45 minutes
$135 / 60 minutes
$200 / 90 minutes
Teen Therapy
$100 / 45 minutes
$135 / 60 minutes
Couple’s Therapy
$160 / 60 minutes
*Please note, for each rate, an additional $3 will be added for payment transaction fee*
Do you take insurance?
For insurance claims, I will provide the necessary information for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement. I accept the following insurance:

Cigna
What other forms of payment do you accept?
I accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and FSA/HSA.
Do you have online billing?
We utilize Ivy Pay, a confidential, HIPPA approved payment transaction service. Once you enter your information, it is securely stored. You will only have to reenter information if your card expires or if you wish to change your form of payment.
What is the cancellation policy
It is your responsibility to notify Maya Perry MA, LCMHC, at least 24 hours in advance, should you need to cancel an appointment. Failing to notify will result in being billed the full per-session fee.
